LOOT flagged Dawnguard for wild edits after I cleaned my masters so I reckon I mention it too if it's a possibility.
I've been reading up problems with mod patches enabling compatibility with the Unofficial Patch having endless loading screens related to Aventus Aretino but I'm unsure if that's connected to my problem since the only thing touching him is USSEP looking at everything through SSEdit. So after updating all the needed components to the latest game version I crash seconds moving around said place porting in via Live Another Life.
